Order Cancellations
You have 24 hours after submitting an order online to cancel your order. To cancel an order, please email us at orders@namiorganica.com.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
Refunds and Exchanges
You are eligible for a refund or exchange on damaged items upon proof of receiving your package. Email refund or exchange requests to orders@namiorganica.com. Requests for refunds or exchanges must include order number, tracking number, date you received the package, photograph(s) of damaged product, and contact information. Please also specify whether the request is for a refund or an exchange.
After we have received your refund or exchange request, we will send you a response within three business days by email to notify you that we have reviewed your request for a refund or exchange and inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your request.
If your request is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item damaged, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a discount code, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
We do not grant refunds on missing packages. Once we ship packages, we are no longer responsible for the receipt of your package. If your package is missing, email orders@namiorganica.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
